Shana
has 15 years of combined marketing and real estate experience which she uses to promote her listings. Effective marketing
expands the exposure for each listing resulting in improved results for her sellers. Shana
puts her marketing expertise to work for buyers, too. She networks with other agents to find out about homes before
they are listed, allowing her buyers the earliest opportunity to see their potential dream home.

Commitment
to Education
Shana is committed to continuing her real estate
education through training courses. While the typical Realtor operates as a licensed Salesperson, the Brokers License
requires a more substantial education in ethics, real estate law, and agency. Shana has earned the Certified Distressed
Property Expert (CDPE) designation enabling her to work with homeowners who are upside down on their mortgage and facing a
short sale. Shana is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
